This website is operated by BUBUTEAM LTD, trading as VSHELL (company number 15529266; VAT number GB 461 527 984). In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean BUBUTEAM LTD trading as VSHELL.

2. Using our website
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Contact Information. You must provide accurate information when placing an order. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Our products
VSHELL sells cosmetic sheet masks and skincare products. Product images and colours may appear slightly different depending on your device. Product descriptions, availability and pack details may change, but the product supplied will match the description shown at the time of purchase.
Our products are for cosmetic skincare use only and are not medicines or medical treatments. Follow the instructions on the packaging. Stop using a product and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience irritation or an allergic reaction.
4. Orders and contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. We will send an order confirmation acknowledging your order. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send confirmation that the products have been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. The price charged is the price displayed when you place your order, except where there is an obvious error. Payment is processed through the payment methods shown at checkout.
6. Dispatch and delivery
We normally dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery services, prices and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by the carrier, weather, customs or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights, including the process for requesting a return and any hygiene-related restrictions, are explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Because our products are skincare products, opened or used products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the VSHELL name, logo, product images, text, graphics and design, belongs to BUBUTEAM LTD, VSHELL or the relevant rights holder. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
9. Website availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses where you are purchasing as a consumer.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and may process information as part of providing checkout, payment, hosting and related services.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order will apply to that order. The current version will always be available on this page.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
