Order processing

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

• Standard delivery: £4.99 — estimated 3–5 business days
• Express delivery: £6.99 — estimated 1–2 business days

European Union
• Standard international delivery: £16.99 — estimated 3–5 business days

International
• Standard international delivery: £23.99 — estimated 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available through the carrier. Please use the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation to follow your order.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, local customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier before or upon delivery.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot guarantee delivery or replacement where an order is delayed or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
